CHEST BLAST DAY

            15 REPS + DROP SET 

           DURATION 60 MINUTES


DROP SETS

Example: start with 60 kg reps 15, 40 kg 15 reps, 30 kg 15 reps, 20 kg 15 reps.

Low down the weight and complete the reps.
