When you perform bent over barbell row, back straight and bar must touch your sternum area.
Bend over, back straight and bar touch the sternum area.
CHALLENGE
100 REPS
40 KG WITH BAR
4 MINUTES
EVERY REP BAR TOUCHES THE STERNUM AREA.
