This 45 days workout series is in two phases. 
Phase 1 is of 30 days and main goal is muscle building.

Phase 2 is of 15 days and main goal is cutting fat.


You will notice huge difference after 6 weeks.

DIET PLAN FOR PHASE 1
MUSCLE BUILDING

MEAL 1

5 EGG WHITES AND 1 FULL EGG
1 CUP OATS
1 APPLE
LIV 52 AFTER MEAL 1
MULTIVITAMIN 



MEAL 2

1 CUP RICE
2 CHAPPATI , 1 CUP DAAL OR 250 GRAMS CHICKEN AND SALADS


MEAL 3

2 APPLES 


MEAL 4

2 BROWN BREAD SLICES WITH 2 SPOON PEANUT BUTTER


MEAL 5

AFTER WORKOUT
PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
5 EGG WHITES
1 SCOOP PROTEIN IF YOU WANT OTHERWISE LEAVE, ADD ALMONDS
250ml Milk
2 BANANAS
ICE CUBES

MEAL 6
OATS AND 2 CHAPPATI AND ANY SABZI OR CHICKEN/FISH AND SALADS
