WAKE UP---- 2 GLASS LUKEWARM WATER 




BREAKFAST-----1 cup oats and 100 grams paneer and apple/orange/banana

post breakfast----mix fruit juice   after 1.5 hours

lunch------butter milk( lassi), cucumber and tomato, 1 cup rice and 1 small bowl dal/any vegetable


post lunch
/black coffee/lemon water/green tea



dinner------besan chilla, bread with cucumber and tomato, 1 cup oats in water
