BREAKFAST-----1 cup oats and 5 Egg Whites and apple/orange/banana



post breakfast----mix fruit juice   after 1.5 hours

lunch------100 gram Fish, cucumber and tomato 







post lunch
/black coffee/lemon water/green tea




AFTER WORKOUT

dinner------125 grams chicken, bread with cucumber and tomato, 1 cup oats in water
