MORNING ROUTINE


Burpee (12 minutes)


Jumping jack ( 15 minutes)


Mountain climber ( 15 minutes)


AB roller  ( 10 reps)



You can by it from any site or shop, it will worth around 300 to 500 rupees, 3 to 5 euros or dollors.




EVENING WORKOUT


1. Slow squat with 5 seconds hold  10 X 3



2.Squat with heel raise 15 X 3



3. Replace diamond push up with push up against wall for TRICEPS 12 X 3




4.Replace pike push up with tap shoulder push up 10 X 3






5. Bicep  reverse hand push up 8 X 3





Drink 5 LITRES of water every day and Sleep atleast 8 hours.
