MEGA MASS CHEST DAY


Chest is tha main part of upper torso.
May be you feel bore with the high repetitions and with the same workout to sweat your body but no results.

There are two things your chest or body is not growing. Firstly, no range of motion and secondly the right technique of the particular exercise.

Diet also play huge role in chest growth. Add some soyabeen chunks to your diet, not much but 50 grams everyday and you will see the results in a 4 weeks time.

Today workout is having only 3 exercises.
As name suggest it's a mega mass workout for chest.

HEAVY WEIGHTS AND LOW REPS 

MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF WEIGHT YOU CAN HANDLE AND PERFORM 6 REPS FOR EACH SET.

BEFORE WORKOUT 5 MINUTES WARM UP.
Stretch and warm up with squats and overhead press.
