Carbhohydrates are not our enemy. Carbhohydrates are the important source for energy and we must consume carbhohydrates. 
But there is a trick that when you can have carbhohydrates in your diet.

Very simple and very effective trick. 

Eat as much carbhohydrates you. Want but there is a condition.

If you follow that condition then carbhohydrates will be your first choice and become your friend.
So, eat carbhohydrates and stay fit.

And the duration for that workout is approximately 35 to 45 minutes.

Do this trick for a month and you will find out that you are eating carbhohydrates and still look lean.
