1. TRY TO EAT BOILED AT LEAST 2 MEALS OF THE DAY.

2. EAT A FIST OF ALMONDS AND GROUNDNUTS EVERYDAY.

3. DRINK AT LEAST 1 GREEN TEA AND 1 GLASS LEMON WATER EVERYDAY.

4. DO NOT EAT ANYTHING AFTER SUNSET.

5. 1 CUP OF OATS IS IMPORTANT AND ANY FRUIT IS MUST FOR THE DAY.
